VIBRANCE - 5.6% farmhouse-style sour ale with raspberries and hibiscus.

We’re starting 2022 with a bang. Our first release is loaded with over 15 pounds per bbl of whole raspberries and hibiscus giving it a vibrant red color with a light pink head.

The sensory on this beer is like picking fresh raspberries off the vine and smashing them into a hibiscus iced tea. It’s loaded with fresh raspberry flavor without being thick or sweet because we never use pureé.

The mouthfeel is creamy with a lively carbonation that leads to a snappy, dry finish. The hibiscus adds a nice roundness and floral character to balance the tannins from the raspberries.
