You will have the opportunity to dig deep with other librarians, as well as architects and vendors who’ll review their experiences in building and renovating/retrofitting large and small library spaces that engage and effectively serve communities.

inspiration, no matter your budget!

This full-day event features:

• Expert panels with architects and librarians on issues and innovations in library space, design, and construction
• Tips on how to get your community on board
• Hands-on, architect-led breakout sessions dealing with real-life design challenges submitted in advance by you and your fellow attendees
• "Speed-sessions" with individual architects who will help you address your own library-specific questions (be sure to bring photos, illustrations, floor plans, or plat maps–whatever you think will inform the discussion)
• Plenty of networking opportunities throughout the day
