Don’t get a fright this Halloween

It’s nearly Halloween but don’t get a fright when you read this, you have a few more days until the 1 November deadline to renew your dog’s registration.  By law, all dogs over three months old must be registered and microchipped:
  • If lost, our rangers have a better chance of finding your dog
  • Knowing dog numbers, we can provide the right type of dog-related services & facilities
  • It is the law.
To renew your dog's registration by 1 November, or to register your dog for the first time, visit cockburn.wa.gov.au/DogRego. Pensioner concessions are available.

Dog safety ranger presentation – book in today!

With over 16,000 dogs in Cockburn, it’s important that our kids know how to behave, look after and keep safe around dogs. If you’re a teacher, book an interactive 1 hour class presentation with our rangers. If you’re a parent or carer, let your child’s teacher know about our presentations. To book: rangercustomerservice@cockburn.wa.gov.au

Support local business

We are supporting the 'Make a Small Change' campaign which supports local business. From 28 Oct to 3 November we're asking our community to support it too by making a small change to your shopping habits and shopping locally.

If every adult in WA spent an extra $10 a month in a local small business, it would add an extra $216 million every year to the state's small business sector and create thousands of extra jobs!
