A New Test Capable of Predicting Post-Gestational T2D
Letter from the Editor

YouTube and the multitude of podcasts on health have led to an explosion in “experts” on every disease state, including diabetes and obesity. If you want to do low carb, or keto, or vegan, or paleo, you can find thousands of videos. In addition, when your patient selects a weight loss method, you can find more information on what is the best exercise for your select method and what nutritionals you should take and when.

When you have diabetes, these suggestions sometimes go against real research. This week our intern, Kenya Henderson, 2021 PharmD. Candidate, FAMU College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, has serious information on when your patients should eat, and what order they should eat, their foods. If you have never heard the word Chrononutrition, you will definitely want to read this feature.
