This is the perfect summer food. You can bake them on the grill or in the oven. They're simple--half a hot dog or brat wrapped in a layer of homemade bread and baked. And yes, you can bake them on a covered grill.
You can use any bread. We think colored bread is fun. The pigs above are wrapped in Black Russian Bread and the other in Cheesy Salsa Bread. Pigs wrapped in Jalapeno Cheese Bread are scrumptious, too.
