Introducing Our New 2022 Rosé of Syrah!
The 2022 Rosé of Syrah is the second vintage of this Tavel-style rosé. The grapes saw extended skin maceration before pressing, which makes this wine lean more toward a light red wine, in color and in body, than your typical rosé. Intense and bright in color, the wine begins with strawberry purée, watermelon syrup, candied apple, and hints of wet stone and spearmint. Swirling brings dark cherry, rose petals, and raspberry confiture. The mouthfeel showcases lots of red wild and ripe fruits, with notes of orange peel and a touch of sweet mint. Round with a creamy texture, this medium-bodied rosé also has vibrant acidity and remarkable tension. The wine finishes long, with pleasant sweetness and a touch of grip that makes you crave another glass. It’s a beautiful, unique rosé that you can drink now or in the next 5 years.

2022 Rosé of Syrah: The vibrant acidity and lovely grip on this Tavel-style rosé make it a perfect complement to many Thanksgiving dishes. Pour it as your guests arrive and mingle around a charcuterie board, then move it to the table to pair with the turkey and cranberry sauce. If you are going for a more unconventional Thanksgiving dinner, try it with grilled tuna or salmon for a meal your guests are sure to remember!
2019 Cabernet Franc: Our Cabernet Franc has subtle baking spices and herbs on the nose and palate that will complement side dishes such as grilled asparagus or green bean casserole, in addition to herb-roasted turkey or chicken. If you prefer a variety of main dishes on your Thanksgiving table, a leg of lamb with mint jelly or roasted duck will pair wonderfully with the higher acidity of our Cabernet Franc.
2019 Mourvèdre: Smoked turkey is a great contrasting pairing for the layers of violet, fig, and red fruit flavors in our 2019 Mourvèdre. The herbal, savory characteristics of this winery favorite will also pair well with stuffing, gravy, or roasted veggies.
2019 Heritage Series Syrah: Our Heritage Series Syrah will be a standout on your holiday table! This Syrah’s classic flavors of red and dark fruit plus herbal and meaty characteristics make it a great pairing for almost anything you decide to serve. Even an apple pie would be a wonderful pairing and would emphasize the sweeter, baking spice profile of this Syrah. Hot tip – you could also save the Syrah for the day-after-Thanksgiving feast! The spicy notes will pair lovely with an open-faced, herbal turkey, savory gravy, and garlic mashed potato sandwich.
