This weekend, Goodtaste follows the smoke to one incredible hot spot in East Dallas where just about everything gets the smoky treatment including the chicken-fried brisket, tender ribs, and their signature “Tex-Que” dishes like the Brisket Quesadilla. Then, we head to Houston where French favorites like seared foie gras and filet au Poivre get a Louisiana kick. The La Storia Cuveé 32 ($21) is a blend of Merlot, Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes from Sonoma, California.
