Leaders must first have an inspiring vision for their company's culture before they can communicate and amplify it among their workforce and then they must be vigilant to enhance that culture by building on strengths and "eliminating toxins," writes Mark Miller, vice president of high performance leadership for Chick-fil-A. A system of spotting those toxins in the culture is needed, Miller writes, so leaders can act early to head them off.

Apartment rents in Manhattan have remained largely unchanged, with the median rent in February on newly signed leases falling just $2 from the previous month to reach $4,095, according to Miller Samuel and Douglas Elliman Real Estate. However, the number of units on the market by the end of the month was up by 1,400, suggesting that some renters are pushing back against rates and are looking elsewhere, says Jonathan Miller, president of Miller Samuel.

HubSpot is joining the artificial intelligence movement with the debut of ChatSpot to create emails, answer questions and related content within the company's customer relationship management platform by pulling in DALL-E 2, OpenAI's ChatGPT and several Google Doc applications. Hubspot also unveiled Content Assistant for select customer testing to help create marketing and sales content, such as landing pages and blog posts.

The Bank of Canada is set to halt its interest rate rises as the U.S. Federal Reserve gears up for further hikes, setting up a divergence between the countries' approaches. "The Canadian economy is just far more sensitive to interest rates because of factors like the crazy amount of debt-to-income that we've got, because of our overheated housing market," said Jay Zhao-Murray, a market analyst at Monex Canada.
