A second woman accuses Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax of sexual assault

A woman who was a student with Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax at Duke University says she was raped by him in a "premeditated and aggressive" assault in 2000. The woman, Meredith Watson, called on Fairfax to resign from state office. The allegations come amid a week of tumult in Virginia as Gov. Ralph Northam refuses to step down after admitting he wore black face. Fairfax would succeed Northam.
