Barry downgrades to tropical storm as it makes landfall in Louisiana. 'Life-threatening' flooding still possible

The first hurricane of the season weakened to winds of 70 mph after reaching land. Rising waters are expected to be worst in southeastern Louisiana, as well as Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi and parts of Tennessee into next week.
