Bernie Sanders wins North Dakota, his first victory in Tuesday's primaries

Bernie Sanders won the North Dakota caucuses Tuesday, capturing a state that has 14 delegates. It was a lone bright spot on a night when Joe Biden was racking up big victories in other states holding elections Tuesday, including Michigan, Mississippi and Missouri.
