Biden will direct states to make all adults eligible for COVID-19 vaccine by May 1 during prime-time speech, administration official says

A senior administration official said President Joe Biden also plans to announce friends and families may be able to meet in small groups for Fourth of July celebrations. The speech begins at 8 p.m. EST.
