Correction: The National Park Service has not made a final decision on whether the National Mall will completely close on Inauguration Day

The National Park Service said no decision had been made regarding the closure of the National Mall on Inauguration Day. "When a decision is reached, an announcement will be made by the United States Secret Service and/or National Park Service," the agency said.
