Death toll in El Paso Walmart shooting increases again – now at 22 – as a second injured victim dies Monday

Officials updated totals to 22 people killed and 24 injured. The mass shooting at a Walmart on Saturday left the city reeling — El Paso had only 23 homicides in all of last year.
