Former special counsel Robert Mueller to testify before Congress in an open session on July 17

Mueller will testify before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees next month, House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., and Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., said in a statement Tuesday evening. Mueller agreed to testify before both of their committees after they submitted a subpoena to the former special counsel.
