The famous groundhog left his burrow at Gobbler's Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, shortly before 7:30 a.m. ET and did not see his shadow. As the legend goes, this means we're in for an early spring - although Phil is usually wrong. This is only the 20th time out of 123 in his recorded history that Phil hasn't been able to find his shadow. | |
