Health care workers and nursing home residents should get COVID-19 vaccine first, CDC panel recommends

Long-term care facility residents were further down the priority list to vaccinate as doses become available, but the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices bumped them to the top along with front-line health care workers.
