House approves bill to give Postal Service $25 billion amid Trump attacks, delays in mail service

The House passed legislation Saturday that would give the U.S. Postal Service a $25 billion cash infusion as the agency prepares for a surge of mail-in ballots. The bill would also reverse controversial changes that Democrats say have hindered mail delivery ahead of the November election.
