Hurricane Dorian is predicted to hit Florida’s east coast as a Category 4 storm on Labor Day

The National Hurricane Center said Thursday that Dorian was to strengthen in the coming days as it swirls in the Atlantic's warm waters. The storm is on track to be a Category 4 hurricane before it makes landfall on Florida's east coast Monday morning, forecasters say.
