Oregon-Virginia Commonwealth game in men's NCAA Tournament called off because of COVID-19 concerns; Oregon moves to second round

NCAA says in a statement Saturday that VCU's players are not able to play. All men's players and coaches have been tested for COVID every day at the tournament.
