President Trump acknowledges for the first time that Joe Biden 'won' the presidential race, but repeats false claim the race was 'rigged'

Trump's refusal to concede has blocked federal resources and the availability of classified briefings for the Biden transition. Although Trump's comments stopped short of a formal concession, it was his first acknowledgement that Biden had accumulated the electoral votes to win the race. "He won because the Election was Rigged," Trump tweeted.
