President Trump impeached in a House majority vote for 'incitement of insurrection,' making him the only president to be impeached twice

Republicans joined Democrats in a remarkably speedy impeachment just one week after lawmakers say the president incited a deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol. The decision now is when House Democratic leaders will send the article of “incitement of insurrection” to the Senate, which would decide whether to convict Trump and possibly bar him from holding future public office.
