President Trump rejects COVID-19 stimulus talks, says he wants to restart negotiations after election

In a Tuesday afternoon tweet, Trump said Democrats were "not negotiating in good faith" and he is rejecting their offer. His announcement comes as many of the benefits previously approved by Congress have already run out.
