Senate passes $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill, next heads to President Trump's desk

After the House of Representatives resoundingly passed the sweeping COVID-19 relief package that will send millions of Americans direct payments and provide a federal supplement to unemployment insurance Monday night, the Senate followed suit, passing the measure by a vote of 91-7.
