The Justice Department warns the NCAA over rules regarding athlete transfers and using their name, image and likeness

The Justice Department’s antitrust division leader sent a letter — a copy of which was obtained by USA TODAY Sports — to NCAA President Mark Emmert on Friday expressing strong concerns about the association’s impending direction on several athlete-related rules, saying it could "raise concerns under the antitrust laws."
