The next debate between Trump and Biden will be held virtually after the president's COVID diagnosis and White House outbreak

The second presidential debate scheduled for Oct. 15 between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will not be conducted in person but rather held remotely, the Commission on Presidential Debates announced Thursday, the morning after the vice presidential debates. The moderator and town hall participants will be in Miami, but Trump and Biden will not.
