| More than 70 cadets at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point have been accused of cheating on an exam, USA TODAY has learned. Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Calif., who leads the personnel panel of House Armed Services Committee, said she found the scandal deeply troubling.
