| President Trump is expected to announce Acosta as his new labor secretary nominee, according to a White House official. Acosta, the dean of the law school at Florida International University, is a former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida and previously served on the National Labor Relations Board. He would be the first Latino appointed to Trump's Cabinet.
