RBI amends its order on bankruptcy proceedings
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has amended its directive asking banks to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against 12 companies which have failed to repay loans over Rs 5,000 crore as on March 2016.

'Enforcing zero liability norms will be challenging'
The RBI’s new norms require that on being notified by the customer, the bank shall credit the amount involved in the unauthorized electronic transaction to the customer’s account within 10 working days of notification by the customer.
