October 2024

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported our Harvest for Help Breakfast. Your presence and generosity made this event a tremendous success!

Thanks to the incredible support from our sponsors and the community, over $18,000 was raised, which will provide nearly 2,000 meals. Your generous donations directly impact food insecurity and feeding community members who need nutrition assistance.

For those who couldn't attend, please take a moment to watch this fantastic video produced by Deadeye Productions, which highlights our Meals on Wheels program by speaking to those who know it best: our volunteers and consumers.

Oct. 9 is Ageism Awareness Day! Join EAAA and others across the country to draw attention to the existence and impact of ageism in our society and how we can reframe aging in our communities.

In addition, EAAA is a proud member ofMaine's AgePositive movement. We support a Maine where aging is embraced as a process to be celebrated and where all older people are valued and intentionally included in every aspect of our society.
