Tennessee District Court: Terminated physician not discriminated against for substance abuse issues

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Knoxville (the "Court") awarded summary judgment in favor of a large hospital corporation being sued by a physician who was terminated during a leave of absence to receive treatment for substance abuse.
