The MSP’s role in FPPE

Any type of peer review can be daunting for MSPs and physicians alike, and focused professional practice evaluation (FPPE) is no exception. In 2008, The Joint Commission (TJC) implemented requirements for verifying practitioner competency, which included FPPE. Under those new standards, organizations accredited by TJC were required to create and abide by policies for conducting FPPE of their practitioners.
