Farm fined after worker killed by exploding tyre
An £80,000 fine was issued after safety failings resulted in a worker suffering fatal injuries when inflating a tractor tyre.

Roofer given suspended sentence after man falls from scaffold
An investigation found health and safety failings which led to a worker suffering serious injuries after a fall from height.

Company fined £100,000 for failures at waste and recycling centre
The fine was issued after a HSE inspection found safety failures at a household waste and recycling centre. 

£65,000 fine issued for skip hire company
The fine was issued after a skip hire company was found guilty of multiple breaches of health and safety law.

Manufacturing firm fined after workers struck by stone slabs
The fine was issued after 2 workers were struck by slabs of stone, with one of the men sustaining multiple bone fractures as a result.
