An impressive ride from Development Team Sunweb's young German talent saw Leon Rohde take the win at Bundesliga Düren today.

The race featured various breakaways with Development Team Sunweb representing the team in each move, creating a really difficult race. On the final climb, the team attacked and tried to force a reduced group to go through to the finish. The team's efforts were successful and the race ended with a group of 40 riders leading the race. Ruben Zepuntke, Marc Goos and Leon Rohde represented the team in the first group going through to the finale. As team's formed their lead out trains Team Sunweb did a perfect job in positioning Rohde for the sprint. He was able to finish off the team's hard work and sprinted to the win. His result also means that he leads the Bundesliga overall. 

Following his win, Leon said: "We had less riders than usual in a race so it was a really solid performance from everyone to position me in such a good way. Everyone really gave it their all and it was brilliant to be able to take the win and finish off their hard work today."
