More than 1000 transportation companies have been investigated
The Superintendency of Transportation has investigated 1138 cargo transportation companies for failing to comply with the economic relations regime and paying freight rates below operating costs, with penalties exceeding COP40000 million, and it has initiated investigations against 46 cargo generators.
