The IOC and Intel announced a long-term technology partnership at an official signing ceremony in New York with IOC President Thomas Bach and Brian Krzanich, Intel's Chief Executive Officer. Intel will join TOP worldwide sponsorship programme, becoming a Worldwide TOP Partner through 2024.
Former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon proposed to head IOC's Ethics Commission
Former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has been proposed as the new Chair of the IOC's Ethics Commission by the IOC Executive Board. This proposal will now be put for vote to the full membership at the IOC Session in Lima, Peru, in September.
