After 255 picks (and somehow none of them a QB to the Pats) the NFL's first fully virtual draft is over and it's time decide WHO WON AND WHO LOST. Chris Trapasso loved the Broncos' weird and wonderful week of adding WRs, but I think the Cowboys did even better. Plus, we talk most overrated and underrated drafts, Josh Edwards breaks down his own list of winners and losers and much more.
How weird did the draft get? Well, Bill Belichick's dog apparently made a pick and it didn't even make our list of the 12 biggest surprises. Bryan DeArdo broke down the list, which includes Jalen Hurts going to the Eagles (!), the Bears adding yet another TE with their first pick (!!), and check out what made No. 1 (!!!).
The Saints are clearly not worried about 2022. Jonathan Jones says they're actually taking the polar opposite route as the Packers as he dives into exactly what's going on in New Orleans while it gets ready to add Jameis Winston and hands Taysom Hill a huge deal to be a backup. Clearly, it's Lombardi or bust (again).
Did you know there are more undrafted free agents than No. 1 overall picks in the Hall of Fame? Teams don't stop adding players when the draft ends, and who knows, maybe some of these guys could even wind up in Canton. Josh Edwards breaks down the UDFA additions of every team, including one that added the son of a Hall of Famer.
Picks come flying fast during the draft, which makes going back and looking at how it all happened part of the fun. You can check out every single pick from all seven rounds in our draft tracker, including grades for each pick from Pete Prisco and Chris Trapasso, plus analysis from the moment it happened.
