CBS Sports Football Pick Six Newsletter

Things change quickly in the NFL and so do our opinions, so after four games it's time for REVISED PREDICTIONS. Brady Quinn helps me hand out our quarter-point awards (Brady's got some interesting thoughts about the Patriots), Ryan Wilson can't believe Gardner Minshew's the same player he saw at the Senior Bowl, and we also re-pick Super Bowl champs, MVP and much more.
The first weekend of October is always good to Pete Prisco. It's his birthday, and as a gift to himself he's planning to get on a hot streak. Pete says it'll start Thursday when the Rams bounce back with a win in Seattle, and he's also got the Steelers staying warm by topping the Ravens. Only one rising QB can keep rolling in Jags-Panthers, though; here's who Pete's got.
The gap between the haves and the have-nots in the NFL keeps growing. There are still six winless teams as we head into Week 5, and Jason La Canfora says that's happened only two other times since 1970. JLC sized up the prospects (bleak) of the scary six, including what it means for their coaches (some one-and-dones) and where the league is headed.

Kirk Cousins has been ... fine. Not good, especially in big spots, but fine. Problem is, 'fine' isn't what you expect for $84M, so Ryan Wilson says the Vikings find his replacement in Jacob Eason. Ryan's also got the Saints replacing Drew Brees as four QBs go in Round 1, and get a load of how many Alabama players are taken in the first round.
I don't get this line and I'm not going to pretend I should. WHAT AM I MISSING HERE? The Bears are just 4.5 points better than the Raiders on a neutral field in a situation where Khalil Mack wants revenge? Give me Chicago regardless of who's at QB, and I'll also take Baker Mayfield in primetime, plus an AFC North home dog who's getting no love.
Melvin Gordon's back from his holdout, but what does that mean for Austin Ekeler in Week 5? Jamey Eisenberg says you can still play Ekeler with confidence, and actually likes him better than Gordon this week in PPR. Jamey breaks down all the RB starts and sits, including a Colts sleeper and a bust alert in the AFC West.
Bears-Raiders will be the 25th London game since the NFL started scheduling them in 2007, and there have been trends in those games that could help your wallet. R.J. White dove into the London data and says there's definitely a side you should favor, and he's also got line moves, fading the public and the UNDERDOG PARLAY OF THE WEEK.
