Workers at an Amazon warehouse in New York City have collected enough signatures to hold a vote on whether to form a union to negotiate with the company, the National Labor Relations Board said. The date for the election will be set after a Feb. 16 court hearing that will address issues such as which workers would be represented by the union.

Forty-seven percent of US workers think higher insurance rates are a good idea for unvaccinated colleagues, an increase from 41% in August 2020, according to a survey by Eagle Hill Consulting. Baby boomers were the most in favor at 53%, while Generation Z were the least at 33%.

Time blocking can help reduce stress, anxiety

Time blocking, a time-management technique in which tasks are planned for a specific time frame, is trending on TikTok, and it can help adults and teenagers feel more in control and provide predictability in an unpredictable time, says licensed clinical social worker Jason Drake. "Once we're able to plan and be proactive in our planning for those 'To-Do List' items, it lowers stress and decreases anxiety," Drake says.
