These are super easy to make!
These are made with our Vanilla Coconut Macaroon mix. The mix is super simple--just add water, mix, scoop and bake. (These tend to stick. grease the pan well or line it with parchment paper.) We added a couple drops of food coloring to half of the batch.
We made the indentations and filled them before baking. We filled some with chocolate wafers and some with pastry fillings. You can use jam.
These are simple cookies but very, very good.
