| A woman reported at 2:23 a.m. July 28 that she found a young boy wearing no shoes walking alone near Mattress Firm. Responding officers located the boy, 7, and returned him to his home in the city. They learned that he was autistic and that his mother had left him in the care of his aunt and his teenage siblings while she was out of town for the night. |
