No ‘quick fix’ for companies addressing racial injustice
From press releases and social media posts with messages of inclusion, to apologies and monetary commitments, organizations have had various responses to the nationwide protests over police brutality and racial injustice.

A time of disruption is a time of opportunity
One must honestly assess what’s happening for one’s business, and put oneself, in as much as possible, in the driver’s seat while simultaneously letting go of that which one does not have control .

Considerations for bringing back furloughed or laid-off employees
As more businesses are allowed to reopen (or business picks up), employers will look to bring back workers who were laid off or furloughed when doors had to be closed. Due to social distancing guidelines and capacity restrictions, many employers will not bring back all employees at the same time. If employers recall some employees, but not all, what considerations do they need to take into account to limit liability?.
