This disastrous merger isn’t a done deal yet.

Friend,

Yesterday FCC Chairman Ajit Pai circulated an order to rush approval of the T-Mobile/Sprint merger.1 This follows on the heels of the Justice Department’s decision last month to approve the deal.

But this disastrous merger isn’t a done deal yet.

Attorneys general in 15 states and the District of Columbia have launched a lawsuit that could block this merger once and for all. But T-Mobile, Sprint and Trump’s Justice Department are doing all they can to get the state AGs to back down. Let the attorneys general know that they have your support.

Remember: If the T-Mobile/Sprint merger goes through, it would leave the United States with only three viable nationwide wireless-service providers. This would crush competition, raise prices and eliminate thousands of jobs across the country.

To make matters worse, this merger would disproportionately harm low-income people and communities of color, who rely on competition between T-Mobile and Sprint to keep access affordable.2

Attorneys general from across the country are the only thing standing between us and this terrible deal. Sign our petition of support so that they hold strong.

The lawsuit against this mega-merger is a great example of elected officials standing up for their constituents’ rights. And it’s happening thanks to people like you, who called the state attorneys general for months and asked that they step in.

We’re calling on you one more time so we can finally say good riddance to the worst duo ever: T-Mobile/Sprint.

Thanks for all that you do,

P.S. Thank the attorneys general for standing up for consumers with their lawsuit to block the T-Mobile/Sprint merger. Together, we can finally beat this thing.
