No THC drinks, gummies? Bill would outlaw hemp THC

No THC? THC-infused seltzers and other products that have been widely available in Louisiana in recent years would be banned under a bill pushed by some Republicans, James Finn reports. The bill's supports say the products are too ubitiquous, while its critics say the ban would hurt a booming market. 


Landry eyes colleges: Gov. Jeff Landry is backing a bill that would grant him the power to appoint the chairs of Louisiana’s five higher education boards, a move that would inject politics more overtly into who oversees the state’s colleges and universities. Tyler Bridges has the story.
