Noor trial: Ruszczyk fingerprints not found on police squad, BCA says
Prosecutors say officers at the crime scene made up the story of a startling slap on the squad being heard before officer Mohamed Noor shot 911 caller Justine Ruszczyk. An expert testified Monday that Ruszczyk's fingerprints were not found on the squad.
