  North Korea's Central News Agency made the announcement that it will suspend nuclear tests amid ongoing peace talks with South Korea and continuing negotiations to meet with President Trump. "From April 21, North Korea will stop nuclear tests and launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles,” the Korean Central News Agency said in a report.
