Our client, Dominic Pezzola, was found NOT GUILTY of seditious conspiracy.

And Joe Biden’s lawless FBI and Department of Justice threw everything they could at Dominic and the other Proud Boys, including the kitchen sink:

The FBI lied and created fake evidence out of thin air
The government illegally monitored communications between at least one attorney and his client, Zach Rehl
The FBI had at least 8 confidential human sources at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021

But there’s more.

D.C. Metro Police had at least 13 undercover plain clothes officers…and another federal agency, Homeland Security Investigations, had at least 19 confidential human sources there as well.

So we know at least 40 law enforcement officers and assets were in the crowd of peaceful protesters!

And some of those undercover D.C. Metro officers marched with the Proud Boys. Some appear to have instigated the violence, seen on body-worn videos chanting “Go! Go!,” “Stop the Steal!,” and “Whose house? Our house!” on Jan. 6.

Even U.S. Capitol Police provoked the peaceful protesters:

They shoved a senior citizen down the steps of the U.S. Capitol building
And they shot peaceful protesters in the face and head with rubber bullets or pepper balls, knowing that could kill them.

(I’ve seen the video footage of these brutal attacks myself)

Our lawyer, Roger Roots, filed motion after motion to defend Dominic from the vicious Department of Justice lawyers and their attack dogs at the FBI.

But even though the judge rejected our motions for mistrial, to compel disclosure of confidential human sources, and more…

…and even though the liberal media smeared our clients as terrorists…

WE WON!

And while we’re excited about this important victory, we know Joe Biden and his lawless minions are pulling out all the stops to railroad the other 33 innocent Americans we’re defending in court.
