Sales were terrific . . . but we couldn't hire enough people to keep up with sales.
So job one has been finding and recruiting great people. We've worked hard at it. And now, we're producing more than we're selling.
Our shelves are looking better. It will be a while before we're fully loaded again but now you have 30 bread choices.
