Dear John,
Let me get vulnerable for a moment…
I get numb, helpless, speechless, questioning WHY, HOW…. thinking it is not fair as so many horrific events are happening all around us…some of them, it feels like, in our backyard.
This feeling is strong and potentially devastating but it will dissipate.
Ultimately it fuels, inspires and motivates us to take ACTION.
Do something, be “a good finder”, as dad used to say…
I feel called more than ever, RIGHT NOW, to help…
To help others learn and grow and become a difference maker for those around them.
With Memorial Day & Fathers Day around the corner, I feel a calling to honor our leaders and inspire those who will become our leaders.
…Those that are making a difference in the world…
…Those that protect us…
…Those that heal us…
…Those that take care of us…
…Those that teach us…
I want you to know that I am here. I want to help.
Think of the person in your life that needs motivation and inspiration.
Think of someone who you want to grow and teach how to be a difference maker for those around them.
Now more than EVER, we need to be teaching and growing the coming generation.
We need to build up the generations to come to make a lasting legacy that we can all be proud of, feel protected by and equipped to train future generations to come.
