Everybody’s body is different but here are some general rules of thumb… |
- 🌾 Opt for complex carbohydrates (yep, for energy and strength). They take longer to break down for more consistent energy throughout the day.
- 🥜🥑 Get some protein and fat in there. Yes, really. Protein keeps your energy up, and unsaturated fats help your body absorb much-needed nutrients.
- 👩🍳 Keep super-processed foods to a minimum. If possible, opt for homemade versions instead.
